We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Billing and Payment

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and may vary by location and currency.

Free Trial

New customers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. Payment information is required to start a trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends unless you cancel.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current rate for your subscription plan.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion and typically only for service failures or billing errors.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or automated calls
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others

6. Phone Number Ownership and Portability

Phone numbers are licensed to you for use while maintaining an active subscription. We retain ownership of all phone numbers. You may not transfer or port numbers away from our service except as permitted by applicable regulations.

We reserve the right to reclaim phone numbers from inactive or terminated accounts.

7. Service Availability and Support

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any service interruptions, including those caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Telecommunications carrier issues
  • Internet connectivity problems
  • Force majeure events
  • Third-party service disruptions

Support is provided through our ticketing system and email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours during business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code, are owned by Digital Numbers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our express written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and UK data protection legislation.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Numbers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Numbers, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK customers, and the laws of the State of Delaware for US customers, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
